Mini Granola Tart

Granola Fruit Tarts are a delicious breakfast or brunch recipe made with a baked granola crust and a vanilla yogurt filling topped with your favorite fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 220g granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Yougood Greek Style Yoghurt Bulk (or choose from our flavorful options)
  • Super Kick Frozen Mixed Berries
  • Wombat Valley Chocolate Dessert Sauce

Instructions

1. Start by mixing 220g of granola with 2 tablespoons of honey. Give it a good whirl in the blender for that perfect pie crust. 2. Take small pans to press the granola-honey mixture, shaping it into a crust. 3. Preheat your oven to 160ºC and bake the crust for about 10 minutes until it's lightly golden and fragrant. 4. Once the crust has cooled down, fill it with a generous spoonful of Yoghurt. 5. Top it off with your favorite fruits, whether it's succulent strawberries, tangy blueberries, or vibrant raspberries! 6. Lastly, give it a drizzle of luscious Wombat Valley Chocolate Dessert Sauce. Let it flow like a work of art!
