  • 2 Shore Mariner Panko Crumbed Scallops
  • 2 Shore Mariner Panko Squid Rings
  • 4 Shore Mariner Dusted Fish Bites
  • Wombat Valley Lime Aioli (to taste)


1. Preheat your deep fryer or a deep frying pan with oil to 350°F (180°C). 2. Prepare the seafood items by ensuring they are thawed if frozen, and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps achieve a crispy texture when frying. 3. Carefully place the Markwell Prawn Twister, Shore Mariner Panko Crumbed Scallops, Shore Mariner Panko Squid Rings, and Shore Mariner Dusted Fish Bites into the preheated oil, making sure not to overcrowd the fryer or pan. You may need to fry them in batches depending on the size of your fryer. 4. Fry the seafood items for about 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon or tongs to remove them from the oil and transfer them onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. 5. Once all the seafood items are fried and drained, arrange them neatly in a basket or serving platter. 6. Serve the seafood basket with a squeeze of Wombat Valley Lime Aioli on the side for dipping.
