Fresh n Frozen is a food service distributor of chilled and frozen foods and was founded in 2003 by family members Robert, Meegan & Raymond. After noticing a lack of consistent service, quality and continuity in the wholesale food industry, they decided to fill the void and started Fresh n Frozen.
Today, Fresh n Frozen supplies a wide range of businesses including, frozen foods and ready-made meals to Cafe’s, Take Away’s, Pubs/Clubs, Schools, Health Care and Aged Care throughout South East Queensland and Northern NSW. We’ve earned a reputation for our consistent quality, our nutritious ingredients and our fantastic bulk savings.

Our Delivery Guidelines
While there is no minimum delivery, there are charges for smaller orders.
Orders under $200 incur a $5 delivery fee & Orders under $100 incur a $10 delivery fee. Any orders Over $200 incur no delivery fee.
All prices displayed exclude GST.
If your business requires special delivery instructions for our driver, a simple note in the comments section when ordering online is required. If the request is more complex, for example - like delivering outside of operating hours, please call (07) 55 495 900 and speak to our team to ensure your needs can be met.
All orders are paid via bank transfer or credit card. We No longer accept COD. Contact our accounts department for further details.
Fresh n Frozen operate Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and public holidays. Contact our team to confirm your delivery days.
All orders will be delivered on your next available delivery day. A select few product lines may have longer lead times for delivery. Our team can advise so this isn’t an issue.
All deliveries will incur a Fuel Levy of $4.40 including GST.
