Our delivery service area
We cater to all types of businesses and organisations, including: Cafe’s, Take Away’s, Pubs/Clubs, Schools, Health Care, Aged Care, Bakeries, Fish & Chips Shops, Child Care Centres, Food Trucks, Health Food Stores, Mini-Marts, Pizza Shops, Sports Clubs and more.
Our Delivery Guidelines
While there is no minimum delivery, there are charges for smaller orders.
Orders under $200 incur a $5 delivery fee & Orders under $100 incur a $10 delivery fee. Any orders Over $200 incur no delivery fee.
All prices displayed exclude GST.
If your business requires special delivery instructions for our driver, a simple note in the comments section when ordering online is required. If the request is more complex, for example - like delivering outside of operating hours, please call (07) 55 495 900 and speak to our team to ensure your needs can be met.
All orders are paid via bank transfer or credit card. We No longer accept COD. Contact our accounts department for further details.
Fresh n Frozen operate Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and public holidays. Contact our team to confirm your delivery days.
All orders will be delivered on your next available delivery day. A select few product lines may have longer lead times for delivery. Our team can advise so this isn’t an issue.
All deliveries will incur a Fuel Levy of $4.40 including GST.
