Ingredients

  • 400gm Hakka salt and pepper pork
  • 4 True Foods 10-inch tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Wombat Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Wombat Whole Egg Mayo
  • 1 cup Saputo Food Service Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup thin-sliced red onion

For the Side:

- Golden Fan Mashys or Onion Rings (as desired)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Salt and Pepper Pork: Note: This is a par-cooked product and requires further cooking before consumption. For best results, cook from frozen and in small batches at a time. Deep Fry: Cook at 170-180°C for 45-60 seconds or until golden brown 2. Prepare the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous spoonful of Wombat Honey BBQ Sauce and Wombat Whole Egg Mayo onto each tortilla. 3. Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, place a portion of the cooked salt and pepper pork. Sprinkle Saputo Food Service Shredded Cheese over the pork. 4. Add Fresh Vegetables: Add a handful of shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and thin-sliced red onion on top of the cheese. 5. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, creating a burrito-style wrap. From here you can serve it cold or toast it up, the choice is yours. 6. Prepare the Side: Serve the Salt and Pepper Pork Wraps with your choice of Golden Fan Mashys or Onion Rings, following the package instructions for preparation. 7.
